Hebridean Blue also Known as Isle of Mull Blue - made from Unpasteurised Cows Milk an Traditional Rennet, it is very interesting blue , it looks very intense but the taste is vey warming and gentle, can be a times mooish with gentle notes. The peat and barley makes the milk very interesting and can give very contrasting flavours in different styles of cheese.
