When will my cheese order be delivered?

We use a reliable next-day delivery service to ensure your cheese arrives as fresh as possible. You’ll be able to choose a delivery date at checkout that suits you best.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes, we deliver to all areas within the UK. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched. Please allow extra time for rural areas, as well as the Highlands and Islands.

Can I send cheese internationally?

At the moment, we only deliver within the UK to guarantee freshness and quality.

What will be in my cheese box?

Each of our cheese boxes is carefully put together with the finest artisan and traditional cheeses from across the UK and beyond. Depending on the box you choose, it may also include accompaniments like oatcakes, chutneys, or crackers. Specific contents are listed on each product page.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes, absolutely! During the checkout process, there’s an option to add a personal message. We’ll print it on a gift card and place it in a document pouch attached to the top of the box, right next to the address label but safely tucked away.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or events?

Yes, we do! Whether you’re organising a wedding, event, or need corporate gifts, we offer tailored solutions for bulk orders and large-volume purchases. Discounts are available on larger orders, and we can help with personalisation and presentation. Contact us to discuss what you need.

My cheese arrived damaged or something’s missing—what should I do?

We’re very sorry to hear that! Please email us  with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as we can.

I haven’t received my order yet – can I check the status?

If your order hasn’t arrived and you’re looking for an update, just send us an email. We’ll be happy to check on the delivery progress and let you know where things stand.

Why was my cheese selection slightly different from the website photo?

We do our best to match the product photos, but sometimes we may need to make substitutions due to stock or seasonality. Any replacements will always be of equal or higher quality, and chosen with care to ensure you still receive a delicious selection.
