Online Cheesemonger Refund Policy
To start a return, please contact us at sales@onlinecheesemonger.com. Returns should be sent to the following address:
All Over Foods Ltd, W12 Willow House, Newhouse Road, Grangemouth, Scotland, FK3 8LL.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as cheese or other fresh foods)
- Custom or personalised products
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
