Selecting the Right Delivery Option for Your Postcode

Please ensure you select the correct delivery option for your postcode at checkout. Some areas are classed by our courier as remote locations, which may require a delivery surcharge and can result in longer delivery times than standard mainland UK services.

Where a surcharge applies, this will be clearly shown at checkout. If an incorrect delivery option is selected, your order may be delayed while we contact you to arrange the appropriate service.

Overnight Fresh Cheese Delivery

For orders under £100, our standard UK delivery charge is £8.95.

Orders of £100 or more qualify for free delivery (excluding certain delivery days – see checkout).

We use DPD, a trusted overnight courier, to ensure your cheese arrives fresh, well-chilled, and in excellent condition.

Choose Your Preferred Delivery Date

At checkout, you can select a named delivery date from Tuesday to Saturday, making it easy to plan for gifts, events, or special occasions.

• Saturday delivery is available for a £12 surcharge
• Available delivery dates are displayed clearly at checkout

Chilled & Insulated Packaging

All cheese orders are carefully packed using:

• Reusable ice packs
• Insulated, recyclable packaging

This ensures your cheese remains cool and protected throughout transit, maintaining quality from dispatch to delivery. Please note that not all cheeses require this type of packaging, and during colder weather conditions it may not be necessary either.

Delivery Tracking & Real-Time Updates

Provide a mobile number or email address at checkout to receive live delivery updates.

Once dispatched, DPD will send:

• Dispatch confirmation
• A 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery
• Real-time tracking notifications

Carbon-Neutral UK Delivery

We proudly work with DPD to offer carbon-neutral delivery.

DPD measures and reduces emissions and offsets the remainder, helping minimise the environmental impact of your delivery.

Some UK locations are classified by DPD as remote areas and typically receive a two-day or longer delivery service rather than next-day delivery.
