Terms and Conditions – Online Cheesemonger
1. Contract
All purchases made through Online Cheesemonger constitute a contract between the purchaser and All Over Foods Ltd, trading as Online Cheesemonger.
2. Definitions
• Goods: Products sold by All Over Foods Ltd
• Services: Any services provided in relation to the sale of goods
• Purchaser: The individual or company placing an order
• Supplier: All Over Foods Ltd
3. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Scottish law. By purchasing from us, you agree to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Scotland.
4. Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards (via Stripe) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. Applicable taxes and charges are displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping Information
Orders are dispatched to the address provided by the purchaser.
- We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect postcodes or addresses.
- Refunds will not be issued for postage or goods affected by address errors.
- A valid email and local contact number (preferably a mobile) for the recipient is required.
- The sender and recipient must liaise with couriers and customs as needed.
- While we aim to meet requested delivery dates, delays may occur, particularly in December and January.
- No liability is accepted for perishable goods (such as cheese) delivered late.
- In warm weather, perishable items may be dispatched with appropriate cooling and will include an eat-by date.
6. Customer Complaints
We aim to respond to complaints within 5 working days. Please contact us promptly to ensure a resolution.
7. Quality Assurance
All fresh foods are packed in insulated containers to ensure freshness. Our products meet UK legislation and quality standards.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delivery failures caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, pandemics, strikes, or customs delays.
9. Privacy Statement
We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- We collect: name, address, email, phone number, and payment details.
- Sensitive data is only collected with your consent.
10. Stock Availability
If an advertised weight or item is unavailable, we may substitute with a product of equal weight or greater value.
11. International Deliveries
Due to Brexit, non-UK mainland delivery is limited.
- Customs delays are out of our control.
- No refunds will be issued for customs-held goods.
- Any local customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
12. Returns & Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
- Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photo evidence.
- Refunds are not available for perishable items such as cheese.
13. Weather Delays
We are not liable for delivery delays due to adverse weather. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
14. Hamper Content Substitution
We reserve the right to substitute any item in a hamper with one of equal or greater value.
15. Age Restrictions
Alcohol is only sold to customers aged 18 and over. By ordering, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement. Orders breaching this will be cancelled without notice.
16. Website Accuracy
We strive for accuracy, but are not liable for errors or omissions on our website.
17. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, they cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of the goods. If stock is unavailable or an issue arises, we may cancel and refund your order.

Our website uses cookies to improve your experience. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
19. Customer Feedback & Reviews
We welcome customer reviews. Inappropriate or offensive content will be removed.
20. Free Delivery
Free delivery applies to UK mainland orders over £100. Additional charges may apply to remote or offshore areas.
21. Lost or Stolen Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
22. Gift Messages
We reserve the right to refuse printing of offensive or inappropriate gift messages.
23. Right to Refuse Service
We may cancel orders or refuse service if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.
24. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version will always apply to new orders.
25. Promotional Offers
Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
26. Customer Responsibility for Allergens
It is the customer’s responsibility to check product packaging for allergen information. We cannot be held liable for allergic reactions or cross-contamination.
27. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to All Over Foods Ltd and cannot be used without permission.
28. Bulk or Corporate Orders
Corporate and bulk orders may require different lead times or terms. Please contact us for more information.
29. Refunds for Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to recipient refusal or unavailability, we cannot refund perishable goods. Non-perishable items may be refunded at our discretion, less shipping costs.
