Named after the famous mountain pass which cuts through the Grampian Mountains, Lairig Ghru is a handmade cheese that is produced on the banks of the River Dee. A milder cheese which still possesses a strongly independent character, Lairig Ghru has a moist, crumbly texture with a delicious citric tang.
