Connage Clava Organic Brie is an award-winning Scottish Brie made on the Clark family farm at Ardersier in Scotland by the Connage Highland Dairy near Inverness.

The Dairy is a traditional family-owned, fully organic business, situated on the family farm at Ardersier. The farm was started by father Hamish Clark and continues to remain within the family; a family business that also produces Connage Organic Gouda.
